NALA works with licensed financial institutions and payment service providers to deliver LCY wallet services in each market.

Third-Party Service Providers (Data Processors)
All providers processing personal data on our behalf are required to:
- Enter into a written Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with NALA before processing begins
- Process personal data only on NALA's documented instructions
- Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures
- Not use your personal data for their own purposes
- Assist NALA in meeting data subject rights and breach notification obligations
- Delete or return personal data on termination of their engagement
Regulatory Authorities and Law Enforcement
We may disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, government bodies, courts, or financial intelligence units where we are legally required to do so including under applicable AML, CFT, tax reporting, and financial crime legislation. We will only disclose the minimum personal data necessary to satisfy a specific legal obligation.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of NALA's business, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you if this occurs.
