I've used different apps over the years for transacting but NALA is seamless. Really fast and the Apple Pay makes my life even easier. The time it takes to deliver your funds depends on the type of transfer that you make, with 95% of our transfers are delivered within a few minutes. Here you will find a summary of transfer times to mobile money wallets and to bank accounts.
NALA does not charge any fees for mobile money transfers, with the exception of a small margin embedded in the exchange rate. Please note that in some instances for bank transfers, NALA might chage a small fee to offset the bank processing charge on each transaction.
All fees will be clearly displayed in the app before you complete a transfer.
