Eligibility
This promotion is open only to residents of the countries where you can send money using NALA including United States, United Kingdom, and the following European Union countries, Netherlands, France, Germany, Finland, Belgium, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Austria, Malta, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Portugal, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Cyprus, and Slovenia. Eligible participants must be aged 18 years and over. By participating in this prize draw each entrant accepts to and is bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. 

Employees, agents and contractors of NALA are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Participation
‍To participate in this promotion you must be a NALA customer and must send a minimum of 50 units of your respective currency depending on your location through the NALA app between Thursday 00:00 a.m 14th December until Monday 25th December 11:59:59 p.m GMT time. This automatically  grants you one entry per day into a draw for a chance to win one of the prizes including super market gift cards, amazon vouchers among other great prizes. Only one entry is granted to a NALA customer per day irrespective of whether one has done one transaction or multiple transactions.

Draw and prizes
The draw for the various prizes will be conducted at the end of every day GMT time and a winner will be selected through automated and randomized drawing. The winning customer will be announced on NALA’s official social media platforms and will be contacted within 48 hours by a NALA representative for details on the prize won and how to collect it.

Prizes are awarded “as is” and any costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified here as being provided are the winner’s responsibility. If the prize won is not available in the winning customer’s country NALA may  at its sole discretion offer the customer a cash equivalent of the prize value which will be credited to the customer’s NALA wallet. The customer may utilize the funds from their rewards wallet.

‍The winner grants to NALA and their respective designee all rights to use and publish their name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and country of residence for advertising, marketing, and other publicity purposes in connection with this promotion in any media now and for a period of twelve (12) months after the end of the promotion.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and failure to comply will lead to disqualification. NALA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants. NALA also reserves the right to disqualify any individual that is found to be tampering with the process or operation of the promotion.This promotion and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
